Mine are gonna need replacing as well in a few thousand miles. Been tempted by cross climates but also have been looking at Toyo Celsius’s or Nokia’s weatherproof, both come with a guaranteed mileage warranty alledgly. Or sure what to do. What mileage have people had from the cross climates .

My front tyre history is:

Michelin Primacy - 19,200 miles
Continental Contact 5 - 23400 miles

Just fitted Pirelli P7 Cinturato seal inside. They cost £106 each from Blackcircles. They are meant to be resistant to most punctures... We will see, but if they are successful and hard wearing I may fit to the rears also as they offer an extra level of security.

The rears:

Michelin Primacy - 38400 miles
Replaced with the same.

I can recommend Michelin Crossclimate plus. No trouble at all with this bad weather and snow ❄️

Thanks for this update. They are on my shopping list before next winter.

Had a pair of the original Michelin Primacy replaced for Pirelli P7 Cinturato on Friday.
Michelin Primacy managed 35K, down to 2mm thread left. The front pair still have 3.5mm left. I rotated my tyres at approx 17k miles, hence why the back were changed first.

Several months ago I had all four Primacy tyres replaced by the Michelin Cross Climate+ (it was in the plans but triggered by an offer from Black Circles which worked out at £126 per tyre including fitting). It remains to be seen when I will get to appreciate the better cold weather performance but I've had the pleasure of better ride quality and less road noise, particularly on concrete surfaces where the Primacy tyres were very noisy. Initially I thought the Cross Climates caused a slight hit on the fuel consumption but that concern has disappeared.

Well the HR-V has gone in for it's 3 year service and first MOT, and they pulled up the tyres as 95% worn (not bad for 26,300 miles) and was expected so after some deliberation I'm having Michelin Cross Climate+ tyres fitted, as we intend to take the caravan out over the winter months it makes sense to me, and they will perform better on grass camp sites.

I shall look forward to comparing them with the Primacy 3's which to be honest I had no issues with, solo or towing.

On a down side it failed its MOT, on a cut to cords on one tyre :o but with the state of our roads it's hardly a surprise

Had cross climates on the front only, on our previous civic (they are not a 'winter/snow' tyre so compatable with all other makes of summer tyre)

They were great comfort/grip/noise wise and seem to wear well enough. Got caught out once out in Derbyshire in a snowstorm. The tyres got me through the heavy settled snow which with a summer tyre I would think I'd have been lucky to get 100 yards before coming to a standstill.
